Our production is that of painting with powders on manufactured goods in steel and aluminium.
The articles may be small items, handles, panels, industrial machine guards, lighting appliances and furnishing articles.
We have a vast range of colours that can be chosen in the different versions
epoxy - polyester - epoxy-polyester
Gloss - egg shell - opaque - orange peel - wrinkled effect
The dimensions of the THREE PLANTS are:
1st - Length 2000 x height 1700 x depth 800
2nd - Length 1500 x height 1000 x depth 500
3rd - Length 2500 x height 2000 x depth 1000
The production cycle is composed of the following phases:
The hooking of the manufactured articles onto customised frames.
The following executed in a spray tunnel:
- Degreasing
- First rinsing
- Phosphate coating
- Zirconate treatment for pieces in aluminium
- Re-rinsing
- Re-rinsing with demineralised water
Oven drying
Painting in cabins with automatic electrostatic pistols reciprocated or alternated with manual touching up if necessary,
Polmerisation and cooking in an oven with temperature controlled by DataPaq.
At the end of the working, the pieces are subjected to final visual inspection and to adherence and thickness tests.
At the customer's request, tests in saline mist are carried out.
At the customer's request, also customised packaging or assembly of the various accessories are carried out.
Deliveries are made by our own transport means to the destination chosen by the customer.
